We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house, perfect for two. The pool was a dream, and the location is ideal—just 5–10 minutes from the city and the beach. The host was absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

We had a really nice stay in Poreč, and a big part of that was thanks to our accommodation. We were pleased to find a comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely decorated apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. Anyone booking should know that having a car makes it more convenient to explore the best beaches nearby. Otherwise, the location is great, close to grocery stores, bakeries, and shopping centers, making it a comfortable base for a holiday in Poreč.

We were there with the two kids. Family-friendly is 100% true here. You feel at home and Oggi the dog is in the hearts of the children inside. Totally sufficient for 2+2. Great grill on the terrace. Relaxation for the parents, because the children can play nicely on the property. Will come again any time :)!

I felt comfortable and welcome during my visit. All my needs were very well met. I had such a wonderful time I hope to return again.

The accommodation & the garden (pool, etc.) is very clean and well maintained. Goran was always available, his father was on site. Very friendly and helpful! We felt right at home, everything you need for self-catering is on site. The beach is only accessible by car, but this is not a problem, there is plenty of parking in the city, as well as on the beach.

Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location of the accommodation is great – only 5 to 10 minutes on foot to both the beach and the old town. The contact with Matija was very straightforward. He gave us many helpful tips for activities, restaurants in the area and excursions to other cities. The apartment is modernly furnished and stocked with everything you might need. Our stay was very nice overall – we can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Nikola's house is very spacious, in all its rooms, including the terrace that houses a table for 6/8 people and still leaves space available. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and practically new appliances. The center can be reached with a 20-minute walk that in the evening is effortless. The nearest beach is also a 20-minute walk away. The other beaches of Porec can be reached with longer walks on foot or in 5 minutes by car. We tried both options with 2 children aged 5 and 9. It is a great starting point for visiting the beaches of Istria. The covered parking space of the Kiwi plant is a great advantage to always have the car in the shade and move around without problems. Nikola's parents have always been kind and helpful. Supermarkets and grocery stores within walking distance.

A very new, modern and spacious apartment. Perfect for a family of 4 - we felt right at home. The surroundings are great and the local food delicious. We all want to come back soon again :-) Many thanks to the great hosts Tanja and Darko.

We were informed of everything relevant by Antonija for the entire period from booking to departure and accompanied in the chat. Since we arrived a little earlier than planned, we were also able to ask here and were even allowed to enter the apartment a little earlier, which is absolutely not self-evident. Check-in was contactless via a key box. After entering the apartment, snacks and a bottle of good wine were waiting for us in an absolutely clean kitchen and very invitingly furnished spaces. From the Airbnb you can get to Poreč very quickly and look at the idyllic town. You can also get to Pula or Novigrad very quickly, which ensures that you can always experience something. Cleaning utensils are also available in the apartment if you need them. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Suzana’s Airbnb. She was very welcoming and communicative. She also brought cookies and lemonade upon our arrival. 😊 10/10, truly recommend staying here.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

We had a fantastic summer holiday here. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Very close to the beach (3 mins walk). Rovinj is just a 10 mins ride on a bike.

We stayed in the beautiful accommodation for three nights and would have liked to stay longer. It is a breathtaking view and the whirlpool is the icing on the cake. We were completely satisfied! We will be happy to come back.

A fantastic view and very nice hosts. We had our little daughter with us and she also felt very comfortable in the small room. You need everything you need is on site. Lidl is nearby, everything else can only be reached by car, but very quickly. We were at the promenade in 10 minutes and visited the nearby beaches. The food is a dream everywhere and in our eyes cheap for the fish and the quality. Pool for adults as well as for children is simply top and has a pleasant temperature. We also had very nice night shifts with us at the same time in two other rooms. Motorcyclists drive by at night, you have to keep that in mind, and dogs bark a lot. Nevertheless, we slept great, because the windows insulate all noises super well. Air conditioning is also there, but we did not need it, it was pleasantly cool at night in early June. During the day, the construction site can be heard, which must also be considered. Thank you for the great time, it was wonderful!

Great location and lovely apartment

The accommodation is very large and perfectly located. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The roof terrace is perfect for morning coffee and sunset and the day to reflect and relax.
