In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

We welcome you to our apartment. It is located in a quiet backyard, on the first floor overlooking the countryside. Located directly on the edge of the famous Mühltal, it offers relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the view or use the time for a walk in the woods. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or in the private parking lot 50 meters away.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a half-timbered house and has a sleeping area, a sitting area (extendable), a flat screen TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi and a bath with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob,microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine and kettle.

Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m), " Inselparkplatz" (100m) or the "Seidelparkplatz" (10 min walk) and in the car parks (every 50m away). Train stations or bus station are super easy to reach on foot.
