Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Wohnung (50m2) befindet sich im 1. Stock, verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Wander- und Schiberg Gerlitzen. Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Thanks to the central location, lakes, hiking trails and excursion destinations are quickly accessible.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment at Lake Ossiach. On your private terrace, you can unwind and listen to the soothing sounds of the forest and the cheerful chirping of birds. The apartment is situated at the foot of our local mountain, Gerlitzen, and is only a 10-minute walk from the lake. This accommodation serves as the perfect starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities, with mountain bikers particularly benefiting from the diverse trail offerings.

Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Vacation apartment with 2 rooms, beautiful view and beach access. Fully equipped kitchen; spacious balcony with a view. A parking space is available right outside the building. All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached by shuttle bus (stop approx. 500 meters away) within 30 minutes, with your own car in 15 minutes. Enjoy relaxing days at Lake Ossiach in a well-equipped and modern furnished apartment.

Schöne Appartements mit Blick auf den Ossiacher See. Unser eigener Badestrand lädt zum entspannen ein und ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Unsere Appartements sind hell und freundlich gestaltet. Kinder und Tiere sind auch Herzlich Willkommen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus. Da wir in einer guten Lage sind gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ortstaxe ist bitte noch extra in der Unterkunft zu bezahlen.

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

Das auf Stelzen stehende Filzatelier bietet einen geräumigen Schlaf/Wohnraum Richtung Westen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Highlight ist ein mit Holz zu befeuernder Zusatzherd . Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.

Cozy apartment, close to the lake and the center

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
