Welcome to our new Guesthouse Rossini by the sea! The accommodation is luxurious and attractively decorated, for a carefree vacation in Vlissingen, Zeeland, this is the place to be. The location is ideal, within half a minute's walk you have a bakery and 2 supermarkets. Bicycle shop within 500m walking distance. Here you can rent E-bikes, among other things. (Closed Sunday and Monday) - Nearest beach: 1 km. - Vlissingen Boulevard/beach: 1.5 km - Vlissingen Center: 2 km - Dishoek: 2 km

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, only 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to cheer you up :-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in rain shower and Private Sauna! Upstairs in the sleeping loft, there are 2 sleeping areas with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs you have to bend down to get into the sleeping quarters.

The cottage is for two adults or a couple with 1 child under 16 years old. Not suitable for three adults. Own parking space. Self check-in. The ceiling in the living room is low (190m). Because of the design with a lot of art, we call it an 'art cottage'. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Jura espresso, oyster knife and wine cooler. Free WIFI. This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Vacation home with wood-burning stove and unobstructed views!

Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside of Koudekerke on the outskirts of 't Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It is enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. It is also wonderful to stay in our cottage in autumn and winter. After enjoying the beach, you can come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

In our big garden, there is a cute little house all to yourselves. From the garden, you can see the lighthouse. Pets aren't allowed. 2 lovely box spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. Park your car for free at your accommodation or charge your bike at your cottage (bring your own charger) Enjoy a beach walk to Vlissingen, the beautiful bike paths or a day in historic Middelburg!

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live a five-minute bike ride from the beach and have a beautiful view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day (it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the cozy garden from the apartment.
