Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.

Cozy condominium in central, quiet surroundings. Private entrance and parking directly outside the gate. 150 m to park with playground and climbing park for children, 200 m to lovely beach, 200 m to bakery and fish shop and 300 m to grocery store. Close to harbour with ferry to Hirtshals. Larvik train station approx.: 2 km Nice walking areas nearby.
