Free parking 50 m from the house. The house is delicately renovated and has plenty of beds. Open living room and kitchen solution with dining table and seating area, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with heated floors and shower cabin and private laundry room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and another bathroom with heated floors and a shower cubicle. From the living room on the ground floor you go straight out to a plot with a large long table and plenty of seating. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 150 per set or bring your own.

There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.
