Newly built guesthouse “Ludwig” in Västervik/Gränsö

Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a coastal peninsula where nature takes center stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse, which offers some views of the water and has nature as its closest neighbor. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and the sound of birds singing, and fall asleep to the tranquility of the forest. There are several swimming areas, and the nearest one is located about 150 meters from the guesthouse. You can access hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

House in Pelarne

Stay in our charming little retro pearl of 78 sqm with large garden just next to Pelarne church. 5 minutes to Bullerbyn. 10 minutes (1 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens Värld. The house has two bedrooms, a common room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and a single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adult.). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.
