Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Kraljevica

We had a very warm welcome by Dubravka and her hushband; as we arrived earlier, she made no problem to let us in the house. We enjoyed the well equiped appartment and the cleanliness. The view from the terrace is amazing! The terrace is very we equiped with loungset and deckchairs. A big sup is for free available. Dubravka surprised us with a very tasteful dinner. As she lived on the upper appartment, we didn't hear them at all. She gave us good tips to go out eating and was always available. A wonderful house with a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay in "the terrasse", which is in a great nature reservart ! The view is phantastic! The rustical building with a lovely, large terrasse with wood-roof and very individual interieur is a garanty for a relaxed stay in the middle of nature and silence. Zoran gave us a warm welcome with vine, ham, cheese and bread! He gave us very helpfull and interesting informations! You can reach the historic, characteristic village Moncsenice high in the mountains in 20 minutes by feet or in a few minutes by car. From here you can go in a few minutes to the attractive beaches close to Moncsenicka Draga with a nice harboure and very good Restaurants. Thank you for being your guests in this wonderfull location! Toller Check in, Wohnung war sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos. Marino ist immer erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Check in und Check out war unkompliziert und flexibel.

We had a great stay here! I loved checking in with the lock box. Very modern and clean apartment. Lots of grocery stores in the area. We always found parking in front of the building. From here, we visited Ploce beach, and also Risnjak national park.

Атмосферна старовинна двокімнатна оселя із всіма зручностями з видом на залив. Є вихід на терасу, з видом на залив, чудовими черепашками та двома котиками. Тераса доступна не тільки вам, але і іншим гостям. Якщо вам потрібен пляжний відпочинок - ви можете за 10 хвилин на авто дістатись до сусіднього містечка Бакарець. На плитах облаштована перевдягальня і душ. За 13 хвилин ви дістанетесь до пляжу Костерни. Там всі зручності, середня галька, кришталева вода, але і людей дуже щільно. Саме містечко дуже атмосферне, є невеличка набережна із ресторанчиками із смачними морепродуктами. Немає натовпу і це великий плюс. Хазяйка помешкання дуже душевна та чуйна пані.

Great apartment, in particular the view from the big terrace. The flat has everything one needs, and the interior is cosy with a personal touch from the owner. The best thing is, of course, the direct access to the sea; it is just great to quickly walk down and jump into the sea. The description and photos on Airbnb seem outdated, but the apartment is even better than described! We (a family with two kids) enjoyed our stay, and the owners were really friendly. We can recommend the flat to everyone who is looking for a few quiet days on the sea.

Alloggio comodo, spazioso e fornito, sia in bagno (con lavatrice e prodotti x la pulizia), che in cucina (stoviglie, frigorifero, forno a microonde), dotato di tutti i comfort, compreso tavolo biliardo e altri giochi da tavolo. Self Check-in e check-out con indicazioni precise. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima soluzione x nuclei familiari numerosi.

Mirno, prekasno mjesto za odmor. Brižni ljudi koji vole kuhati i dijele hranu s drugima. Puno maca u susjedstvu. Mario nam je dopustio da ponesemo i svoje mace, nije bilo nikakvih problema. Malo šetnje do rive Selca, i još malo do Crikvenice. Vožnja po magistrali prekrasna. Sve u svemu, dolazimo ponovno! ☺️

Wir waren rundum glücklich mir der Unterkunft. Lidija (die Schwiegermutter) hat uns super freundlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und sogar Leckereien für uns gebacken. Auch einen selbstgemachten Wein gab es. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat alles (und noch mehr), was man braucht und auch die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

Mooie en perfect onderhouden accommodatie met prachtig privé zwembad in erg rustige omgeving. Sara is een geweldige gastvrouw. We werden warm verwelkomd en ze was gedurende gans ons verblijf beschikbaar voor advies over leuke uitstapjes of restaurants in de regio.

alloggio fantastico in tutta la sua completezza, pulito e ordinato, completo di ogni cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno, host molto simpatici e cordiali non ché anche disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità, discreti nel fatto di non stare a monitorare i loro ospiti. Insomma consigliatissima come location per ferie, molto propensi per una eventuale esperienza estiva in futuro, grazie di tutto.

Ein wunderschönes Haus zum wohlfühlen. Wir waren zu dritt für 10 Tage hier plus unsere zwei Hunde. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ein kleines, uriges Dorf mit wundervollen Buchten, welche in der Nebensaison nicht überfüllt sind. Der Supermarkt ist fussläufig zu erreichen und deckt den täglichen Bedarf, größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Pula. Das Haus ist super gemütlich und man hat ganz seine Privatsphäre. Tihan und Ivan sind ganz tolle Gastgeber und schon vor der Anreise war der Kontakt sehr gut. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen und auch wir werden diesen wunderbaren Ort definitiv nochmal besuchen.

Tatjana e Rene sono stati degli host eccezionali! Hanno accolto me e i miei amici in modo socievole, disponibile e molto amichevole. Rene era molto ben organizzato, tra tutti i servizi, i numeri necessari e la libertà che ci ha dato, ci siamo sentiti accolti e rispettati! È stata una vacanza davvero piacevole e speriamo di poter tornare in futuro!

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

C’était notre premier séjour en Croatie. Nous avons vu des paysages et des villes magnifiques, je recommande l’île de Krk et l’île de Pag, la ville de Rovinj, le Parc National Sjeverni Velebit ❤️ et bien sûr le Parc National de Plitvička Jezera. Mais le panorama le plus beau est celui de l’Adriatique et des Îles que vous retrouvez chaque jour en rentrant chez Ornela. Merci encore Ornela pour ce magnifique séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir un peu de votre si beau pays et merci pour votre accueil !

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
