The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
