The stay was completely pleasant. The apartment was excellently clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need. The lovingly designed folder with all the relevant information was particularly helpful. Everything was well organized and easy to find. We highly recommend the property and would come back any time.

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and in person. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work. Since we only tested this at night, we did not make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

We were more than happy. The courteous and friendly communication totally impressed us. Allergies were taken into account and the beds were checked again. And the flexibility in terms of our arrival, as well as the accessibility for queries, was great. We felt like we were visiting friends. Thank you very much! The apartment is beautiful, we would have liked to spend a few more days there. Highly recommended! 😊

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and comfortably furnished. Even little things like a welcome snack and a bottle of water were thought of. Communication with Tina was also very friendly. Also great, the parking lot right in front of the door. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The four of us had a nice time over the weekend and enjoyed the house. The hosts were very friendly. We will be happy to book again!

The accommodation is not only superbly equipped, there are also "small details" that fit. If you go to the bathroom in the morning still sleepy, a smiley in the mirror awaits you, wishing you a good morning or the description of the property with numerous helpful tips for the surroundings. All together, it made our stay a great experience.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in this apartment! The location is absolutely top-notch – located a bit outside the city, so it's quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The connection to public transport is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. Overall, I can only highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again at any time!

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very beautiful and spacious location. One of the nicest places that I have ever stayed in Krefeld. Beautiful views from the balcony and which was so peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed in a good location.

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

The apartment was absolutely awesome I was on a bike tour with my children. This apartment was one of three we had on our tour. Huge old building directly on the Ruhr and thus only a few meters from the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. We were able to park bicycles in the slimmed-down garden. The apartment under the roof is huge and super modern. In the apartment, a huge balcony and outside a roof terrace where I could still enjoy my beer in the sun at 9 pm. The kids, on the other hand, watched movies on a huge TV, It was all perfect. THANK YOU We would have liked to have stayed longer. We would definitely book again for the next tour Axis....The Baldeneysee is also just around the corner

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
