The bed is 140x 200 cm. You also have access to the terrace. The apartment is centrally located, yet away from the hustle and bustle. You can reach the A44&A57 highways in just 10 minutes. Shopping facilities, restaurants and doctors are within walking distance. Free parking is available directly in front of the door.

Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes aus dem Jahre 1861, der vor rund 20 Jahren zu Wohnzwecken umgebaut wurde. Hier wohnen vier Familien, es gibt dort ein Büro und eben diese Wohnung. Der Baackeshof, ein Denkmal, liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Zentrum Krefelds entfernt und nur 2 km vom Forstwald, einem schönen Joggingwald. Ruhige Wohnlage, immer Parkplätze vor der Türe, ideal auch für Radfahrer da gute Unterstellmöglichkeit.

Although close to the city centre near the main shopping zone and restaurants; it is situated in a quiet neigbourhood. The city also offers music,culture and art at various locations. Dusseldorf Airport is only 20 minutes away. The apartment is suitable for couples, singles and business travellers.

Das 1-Zimmerapartment ist in der Garage unseres Hauses von 1957. Wir haben es im Jahr 2021 kernsaniert und in dem Zuge die Unterkunft mit ausgebaut. Sie befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtwald entfernt. Dieser lädt mit schönen Joggingstrecken, einem neu gestalteten Spielplatz, Bootsverleih und Biergarten zum Verweilen ein. Die Krefelder Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch wenn die Straße nicht so wirkt, ist es überraschend ruhig.
