The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
