Tolle Wohn-, Essküche, toller Balkon und ein kleiner Garten überzeugen. Ein Parkplatz am Grunstück kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Lage überzeugt! Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.
