The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. In our small cozy apartment near the Rottach center, we warmly invite you to a relaxing time. There are a variety of restaurants & bars within walking distance. A supermarket, a drugstore, a gas station and a bakery are only about 300 meters away. Fresh sheets and towels are of course provided. Other amenities include a Nespresso machine, a small fridge (minibar), Bluetooth speakers and a cool welcome beer.

The apartment "Beim Ederl" is 93 square meters and is located in the attic. It has a beautiful small balcony overlooking the lake. The decor consists of a mixture of traditional and modern furniture.
