Very child-friendly area with several beaches, playgrounds right nearby. Lekeland, Vågsbygd center, cafes and lots of restaurants are also in the immediate area, plus forest and bathing water right next to it. Sun from early morning to almost 9 pm in the evening. Solrik terrasse med hagemøbler, gassgrill, hagestue med salong, 250kvm plen med trampoline. Kort vei til fine badeplasser i ferskvann og sjø. 12 min til Dyreparken. Leies ut til barnefamilier!
