Parking in the courtyard (in the ground, up in the yard, not in front of the garage). Suitable for quiet couple, small family with children. Housemen desirable. 15-20 minute walk to bus at UIA. Close to bathing area and playground.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Beautiful little place in walking distance to the center of Kristiansand and with beautiful riverside walks right out the door! Very well located but also distant enough that it’s in a quiet and peaceful area so it’s not noisy at night. Oda was kind and responsive. Overall a great place to stay.

Dream apartment by the sea in the middle of the city center

We had a wonderful stay! The location simply could not have been better - in the heart of Kristiansand, within walking distance of the city beach and restaurants. It was incredibly nice to be able to walk to everything we wanted to experience without having to think about transportation. The host was also a big part of the good experience – very welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with. We felt very well taken care of from start to finish, and it made the whole stay extra pleasant. All in all, a great place to stay when visiting Kristiansand. Highly recommended, both for the location and the super friendly host!
