Private Studio Room with small elementary kitchen, bathroom, and bed for 2 people. Parking, separate entrance, air-conditioned... nothing fancy, just elementary stuff for a sleepover or short stays. The entrance is from the inner courtyard, there is also a table and 2 chairs outside for taking the fresh air covered with Kiwi pergola, and this patio is shared with owners for the passing trough. We do not disturb you. Parking is free. Note: it is close to the road, so there might be traffic noise

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
