Apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen - overall 50m2. Including WiFi, Netflix TV and use of a washing machine and a dryer possible. With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, 1 kitchen and a large balcony facing south. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso coffee machine. WLAN and a SMART-TV with NETFLIX is available. There is a pool, a sauna and you can also use the tennis courts.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
