Small rustic cottage already used as a stable, finely restored in Dolomite style, maintaining the original architectural characteristics, bright and welcoming. On the ground floor, there is a living area consisting of an equipped kitchen. Living area with TV and traditional stube. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, two large and bright double bedrooms, exposed beams and overlooking the valley and Lake Santa Croce. Two parking spaces, large unfenced garden.

Da precisare che gli ultimi cento metri per raggiungere la baita sono di strada sterrata e ghiaiosa. Accettiamo cani di piccola taglia.
