Own parking space. Good bus and train connections! Strandbad only 12 minutes walk away, hiking and biking trails around Lake Wörthersee, many excursions as well as attractions (Minimundus, etc.) nearby, 7 km from the center of Klagenfurt and 3 km from Alpen-Adria University.

A beautiful, barrier-free enclosed apartment on the first floor with private garden access (see photo) and parking in front of the house. The entire area is fenced and lockable. Directly along the house, the access and departure road leads to the highway towards Vienna. I live on the upper floor myself and when present, I am happy to help. Note for statutory taxes: per night/per person, a tourist tax of €2.60 is to be paid in cash on site at check-in.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. The flat is a little Garconiere, basically a one room apartement with a small Kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub. There is one double bed and a couch that can also be used as a sofabed. Close to the flat you find everything you need, stores and a bus stop are only 100 meters away. We offer this 60 m2 apartment with pool use at Lake Wörthersee for a special stay in Carinthia. Pool can be used from the end of May.

We had a very nice stay in Krumpendorf with our little son. Hans was extremely friendly and helpful and we found a sparkling clean apartment. In Krumpendorf itself, you don't have too many opportunities to do anything. However, the parking bath is completely sufficient for a nice bathing. It is not far to Klagenfurt and you can also explore a lot from Krumpendorf by boat.

We were 6 friends staying at Magdalena's for the Ironman. Everything was perfect: size of the accommodation, available host, swimming access in the lake, beautiful landscapes, proximity to Klagenfurt. I highly recommend it.
