The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

We are a family of 4 (I with my 3 sons, 18, 20, 20) and we live on Lake Wörthersee, where others vacation, in a large detached house with a separately accessible garden apartment attached to our living area. We offer this 60 m2 apartment with pool use at Lake Wörthersee for a special stay in Carinthia. Pool can be used from the end of May.

Our lake apartments ranging in size from 45 m² to 100 m² all have direct access to the lake. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony from where you can enjoy the lake. Directly in front of it is our private beach with jetty, where cozy garden loungers and parasols invite you to relax.
