Hey there! We would like to welcome you to our apartement in Bottrop. Our central location right in the middle of the Ruhr area gives you access to all the surrounding cities and activities. The apartement is located right in the center of town, only a few minutes walk from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and the weekly market. Make this your base to explore the area or head to work. Parking is available for free with the option to charge your EV. We´re looking forward to hosting you!

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.
