Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and all basic kitchen equipment. For your convenience, there is also air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. Private free parking is available, as well as a large garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the peaceful Karst surroundings.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with an easy access. There is a nice bike path nearby. The nearby highway takes you to the Chestinian karst plateau and into Slovenia. Our cottage has been recently refurbished to host and welcome you. It's family-friendly.
