Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

The apartment has a size of 70m². It is well equipped - coffee maker, bread oven, natural stone countertop, washer & Dryer. Beds are already made up and hand and dish towels are available. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Echsheim is the place to be. Parking directly in front of the house. Cities such as Donauwörth, Augsburg or Ingolstadt can be reached in 30-45 minutes in 30-45 minutes. Munich is also only a good hour away. Gut Sedlbrunn is about 10 minutes away.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for a stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
