Our newly renovated, cozy apartment is located in a quiet urban area of Rostock, centrally located and just a few minutes' walk from the tram stop "Dierkow-Zentrum". The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home and can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby.

Centrally located in the village of Timmendorf-Strand is our small holiday home with two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The harbor and beach are about 250 m away. Shopping and restaurants are very close.
