The apartment "Erika" is centrally located in the city of Markranstädt. The apartment is an old store, a former bakery, which has been converted into a living studio by various Leipzig painters and artists over the years. Conveniently located in Plagwitz, the old cotton mill with its countless art galleries, the Westwerk and Karl-Heine-Straße, with its wide range of restaurants and culinary delights, are all within walking distance. Unfortunately the oven door broke. The stovetops still work though!

The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
