Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

Thank you for the kind service! We really enjoyed staying here this week. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and overall, we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

Çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı

Het verblijf in de accommodatie van Iva was zeer aangenaam. Iva is een vriendelijke vrouw en stond meteen klaar om ons te ontvangen. Het uitzicht vanuit de mooie kamer was prachtig, en je staat meteen bij lekkere restaurants en mooie bars. Ik zou deze accommodatie enorm aanraden.

Amazing place to stay. Pool was perfect with an amazing view. Uros was the best host we could ask for, and even picked us up from the bus stop, and waited over 2 hours when our bus passed the stop and we had to get on another bus back. Amazing experience, would definitely recommend.

Çok tatlı ve ilgili evsahipleri :)) Ev çok temiz ama bulunduğu konum çocuklu aileler için biraz zorlayıcı yemek ve gezmek için merkeze gitmek gerekiyor yada ücret ödeyerek tesisde yemek yenilebilir. Квартира знаходиться на цокольному поверсі і має власне паркомісце. Чиста, охайна, оформлена у яскравому стилі з досить продуманим функціоналом. У квартирі є все що необхідно і навіть більше ніж ми могли розраховувати. Окремого відгуку вартує веранда з видом на море, гамаком і дуже зручним столом. Однозначно рекомендую дане помешкання

Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied environ de la vieille ville. Il est grand et très propre! Un peu loin des restos, mais la vue est à couper le souffle et compense largement. L’hôte a toujours été présente pour nous et répondait très vite même le soir! J’ai adoré mon séjour

The host is truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit Montenegro, there’s no need to make a detailed plan—before you even enter the house, the host has already thought of everything and provides all the information via message. For us, he was more like a guide than just a host. We stayed with our family, and the house has everything you need—portable internet, a Netflix subscription, swimming equipment, and more. By the way, there’s no parking problem either.

Nena and Čedo’s place was perfect that we extended our stay! They were extremely accommodating, the housekeeping were attentive and friendly. They even got the table tennis table out for us very kindly. We would recommend, thank you!

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

What a wonderful place! The views of the bay of Kotor from this apartment are hard to beat, pair that with a pool and modern accommodation and you have a perfect combo! Irena was very communicative and responsive, great experience! Will recommend to friends visiting the area in the near future.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Loved my stay!! Would definitely come back. The only thing was wifi was a bit slow and there’s a hostel next door otherwise everything was amazing!!

We had a brilliant stay at Nikita’s apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the old town but in a very quiet area. The apartment itself is just like the photos if not better. It had everything we needed and more. In regard to Nikita and there team, the communication was very prompt and always willing to help in any way possible. I would 100% recommend this accommodation if you are looking to stay in the heart of Kotor. Thanks again!
