Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Relax in this unique and quiet 30 sqm accommodation located by the sea with a private jetty. There are options for getting to Stenungsund and Gothenburg with good public transportation. There are also bicycles available to borrow. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has one 140 cm bed and one large closet. A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Quiet and secluded location on Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals around. We who live on the property have dogs and a cat. The brewhouse is extended with modern standards with the old feeling preserved. Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs and smart TV, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Sleeping loft with double bed. Wifi is available. You can swim in the pond, and next to it is the wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
