Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. The in-house sauna can be used on request, and it is also possible to set up a travel cot for children. The guest room also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge in your hallway (so it won't disturb your sleep).

The apartment "Biberbau" is a small cozy apartment on the Niebling farm in a quiet location at the Hohe Rhön nature reserve. A recently redesigned bedroom creates a cozy break. The 140cm bed can be used for two, but is also ideal for a single stay. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a mini kitchen in the living/dining room. In the yard you can park for free and charge the electric car if necessary at the usual price.

The apartment itself is very cozy, has a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bedroom, a small hallway and a bathroom with bathtub. Coming from the A7, our apartment can also be used as a stopover. It is also ideal for cyclists. The R1 bike path runs through our village.
