Das kleine süße Tiny House wurde 2019 voll renoviert und neu eingerichtet. In unter 30 qm befindet sich im modernen Häuschen alles, was man benötigt - ganz nach dem aktuellen Tiny House Stil. Platziert im Tor zum Murgtal sind sowohl der Schwarzwald als auch Städte wie Baden-Baden und Karlsruhe schnell zu erreichen. Historie: Erbaut wurde das Grundstück ab 1920 und war bis zu den Anfang 2000er ein kleiner Getränkemarkt. Das Tiny House wurde vor dem Umbau als Lager / Verkaufshaus genutzt.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtenthaler Allee . Bus stop 1 minute . Walking distance to downtown 12 minutes. It is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the building, very quiet view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor , high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not allowed Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! A visitor's tax of €4.50 per person per day is to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

I would like to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 1st floor, in which I have put a lot of passion. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed and a guest bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Please note : no kitchen . Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee+tea is free. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee kettle, 2 baby travel cots including bed linen available.

Our cozy apartment has been rented again since June 2024 after we renovated the bathroom and kitchen. It is located in the attic of our residential building, is a total of about 50 square meters and has a large, bright room, a bathroom and a kitchen. You have your own realm above ours, which means we may meet, but you are still completely on your own. You can park your car on our property.
