It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

We had such an incredible stay at Rosi’s apartment. Overlooking the sea in old town was incredible. The apartment has so much character and charm which was so close to all restaurants and shops and bars. It was a home away from home. We will always remove our stay fondly.

In one word terrific! This cottage is exactly as described and exactly as in the pictures. Sparkling clean! We have never been in such a clean cottage before! Devices are working properly, everything is available. And the welcome was warm and pleasant. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Even the air conditioning is pleasant! Sleep mode works great! Partly thanks to this cottage, Silvano and his wife, we had a very nice holiday. Thank you!

Marco and Petra gave us clear directions and tips for the rest of the amenities outside the home. Always friendly and communicative. The place is great, with a lot of style and taste, the bedrooms are beautiful, the architecture and the design of the house is gorgeous. The pool and the nature the house is in is perfect. Everything is great and I hope to go back there.

Beautiful stone house villa

The house in Okreti is super central and we had a quick connection in all directions and were in Rovinj in 15 minutes or 20 minutes on the beach. We had two great weeks in a really nice house. The house was very clean, has a big, great pool and a nice garden area. We felt totally comfortable. The amenities are good and functional. Basically, everything you need for a nice vacation is there:-)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Elena in Golaš, Croatia! The accommodation is beautifully furnished – with great attention to detail, stylish and at the same time very cozy. The host was extremely kind and warm. He provided us with many great recommendations - from restaurants to excursion destinations to hidden beaches - all of them were a hit! It was also ideal for our children: plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly facilities - they didn't want to leave. Overall, an absolutely recommended place for a relaxing family vacation. We will be happy to come back!
