Duplex de 55m² avec balcon est doté d’une cuisine équipée, d’un salon avec couchage ( lit gigogne 2x90x200cm), une salle d’eau avec douche italienne, une chambre à coucher (lit 180x200cm) et d’un garage (parking pour voiture électrique). The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.
