The house has all the comforts and access to the garden. It is close to the swimming area and public transport. The bus stop is a stone's throw from the house and it takes just under half an hour by direct bus to the central station. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is also a double bed.

The house is located in a residential area with close neighbors so there must be no parties or events. During the month of July, minimum stay 5 nights.

The Attefall house is located on the same property as the host's villa, but with a private terrace and its own staircase to the property from the road and parking lot.
