Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Das Apartment verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Kostenfreies WLAN ist ebenso verfügbar, wie kostenfreie Parkplätze. Diese befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min. und mit dem Bus in ca. 10 min. in der Erfurter Altstadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Dom, Petersberg, Rathaus, Krämerbrücke u.v.m.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

In this stylish vacation home in the Donndorf district, you can feel really comfortable with your whole family. Here you can end the day after extensive activities. In the surrounding area there are a variety of excursion destinations such as the suspension rope bridge, the model railway in Wiehe, the Rosarium in Sangerhausen, the Kyffhäuser and the Panorama Museum in Bad Frankenhausen. The nearby Unstrut bike path invites you to explore the Unstrut Valley by bike.

It is particularly suitable for all those travelers who want to explore the city center and the surrounding area with or without a car. Whether on foot, by bicycle, public transport, car or a combination of these options, the Erfurt adventure starts here. You want to admire the well-known churches “Erfurter Cathedral” and “Severikirche” from the window of your apartment? A breeze!

Located in the center of Sondershausen next to the town hall below the castle, our service apartment of approx. 48 m² in the attic of the hotel invites you to work and relax. In the immediate vicinity of the castle, you are 150 m in the countryside and can enjoy a walk in this beautiful castle park. The center offers you numerous restaurants, cafes, museums & shopping within walking distance. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey house, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor space of about 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also a possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.

Experience something very special. Nature, relaxation, sustainability and fun. Sleeping in a yurt. Our yurt is 28 square meters and is located on an island in the middle of Thuringia. In a park-like garden with the sound of the Unstrut. Approximately 10 meters from the yurt is the economic part. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table. Nothing is missing.

Family vacation home "Kleines Landhaus"

We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.
