In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

The apartment is in the main house of a four-sided courtyard in the Gumtower district of Schönhagen - a small Brandenburg village in the Prignitz behind a forest about five kilometers south of the B5. The four-sided courtyard from 1844 in a quiet location was expanded into a cultural site where plays are produced at regular intervals in the large barn. Behind the theater barn is a large meadow with fruit trees and a vegetable garden.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Our lovingly furnished half-timbered house in the old town offers everything you need for a relaxing time on the Mecklenburg Lake District. On two floors with a large garden and a terrace, there are enough retreats to escape everyday life. A large fireplace offers cozy warmth on colder days. Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.

Kyritzer Budenhäuser (No. 101)

Small but powerful! Experience unforgettable holidays in our hut houses. Escape everyday life and immerse yourself in a world full of coziness and adventure. The houses in Weberstraße, right next to the historic city wall in Kyritz, were built in 1799 as so-called Budenhäuser (accommodation for day laborers). The listed houses were completely renovated in 2016 and transformed into modern vacation rentals.
