Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven. 200 meters to the sea with rocks and a sandy beach. Several furnished patios, lawn and barbecue. Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Välkommen till en av västkustens vackraste pärlor. Huset ligger centralt beläget med havsutsikt i det pittoreska fiskesamhället, endast 40 meter från ångbåtsbryggan med färjeförbindelse till Härön och 5 minuters promenad till närmsta badstrand. På Härön ligger den populära restaurangen Magasinet, men även vackra vandringsleder längst ut i kustbandet. Padelbanor finns både i Kållekärr och i Skärhamn (10 min med bil). Badar gör man direkt nedanför huset till vänster ut på bryggorna.

Via egen trappa når ni en magisk platå på baksidan med havsutsikt och fyren Pater Noster i horisonten. Vandringsleder precis utanför, boulebana och lekplats i närheten. Modernt, smakfullt och mysigt hus med privat, skyddad tomt och stora altaner med sol hela dagen. Pilanes välkända skulpturpark ligger ett stenkast bort.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

Det finns totalt 11 sängar medräknat madrasser på loft (plan 3). Utöver det finns dubbel bäddsoffa och utrymme för fler madrasser. Det finns även en lekplats i närheten. 1 vuxen- och 2 barncyklar finns och några hjälmar. Sängkläder är inte inkluderat.
