Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We felt very comfortable. The host gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is special. Our children were very happy about the pool and we parents were too.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. Excellent accommodation complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, air conditioning a big bonus with the warm weather we had at the time. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, Chanaz is a picture postcard beautiful place. Nadine was super helpful throughout our stay.

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

We had a wonderful time! The location has so much natural beauty. And it was such a treat to start the day with a quick swim in the pool. Sarah and Claude are gracious and welcoming hosts.

Very good location near the city center. Everything is done on foot, bike rental, tour of the lake, catering, train station, market in front of the apartment... The apartment is very functional, clean, refurbished, we spent 3 beautiful nights there (comfortable bedding). Parking below the building is a plus. We are very satisfied with our stay. I recommend

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Lovely balcony on 2 sides of the residence with excellent seating and even loungers. The only downside is the through road between the residence and the lake. This causes some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. bike paths around the lake.

The accommodation was very good, consistent with the photo, and the equipment offered was there in good condition and functional. Comfortable, pleasant, clean and smelled good! Lots of storage possibilities too! Close to a good shopping area with everything you need! Small downside, it would be nice to leave a few tablets and pops for the dishwasher and washing machine, it avoids buying a whole box for one use (we left some for the next guests personally) Small problems also with humidity and ventilation, the laundry did not dry even when hung out for 4 days, the towels did not dry even when we put them on the radiator and the sheets were like wet. Nothing extreme either, but after a week it is noticeable (and the dehumidifier did not change anything)

Can’t beat the view and the location

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Exceptional location with a nice lake view and absolute quiet. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

Perfect stay! Isabelle is a friendly, attentive and very responsive host. The accommodation is very well equipped, perfectly in line with the description. The bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is very new. I really liked the environment. The horses are beautiful and the facilities are great. I chose this place especially for its location and in the end, it was a real pleasure for me to be immersed in the equestrian world! Also note a nice attention concocted by Isabelle's husband who is always a pleasure! Anyway, I recommend this listing without a second thought! Thank you Isabelle for your kind hospitality!
