This totally independent unit benefits from a clear view of the surrounding countryside, its refined decoration calls for calm and rest. The living room offers a lounge and a dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower room is comfortable. There are two bedrooms each furnished with a hotel quality queen size bed. Studio on the 1st floor in the center of Saint-Lô, close to all amenities and services. It is quiet, facing south with a shared terrace Essentials: -draps and towels -Dishes -micro-wave -frigo - kettle - WiFi - free parking in the blue zone in the street (2 hours), possibility of free and unlimited parking further away (no parking in the cul-de-sac). It is 800m from the train station (10min walk). Access to the A84 motorway off the city.
