accommodation in the city center, corresponding to the description, professional services (cleanliness, equipment, etc.). Access by the stairs was a little complicated for my 85-year-old mother (high steps, very steep to access the first floor). Noisy neighborhood at night, noise that passes a little in the background; if you are sensitive, plan to bring earplugs. Finally, the terrace did not seem of any interest to us. I could recommend this place.

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

The rental offered by Mona is very well located. 350 m from the sea and the location is central on the island. The house and the services offered are of high quality. New house, quality materials, quiet environment... The rooms up there have very low ceilings (165 at the highest) and the staircase leading to them is steep. But the living room and the ground floor are pleasant. I will return there without hesitation.

excellent stay at Celine and Fabien 's. the house is ideally located on the seafront. very easy to access the beach. the house is comfortable, with all the necessities to cook, we feel that it is an inhabited house with a warm seaside decoration. Accustomed to my region I will be happy to come back.

The service offered by Hervé and Viviane is excellent. They are welcoming, available and adapt to check-in and check-out times. The rental is well-equipped, nice and clean. We fell in love with the park and its amenities and facilities; it's beautiful, peaceful and there are some activities offered for both young and old. Finally, the location of the estate is excellent, close to Surzur where there are all the amenities close to places to visit and in nature (you can even see wild animals when returning to the estate at the end of the day). We recommend it without hesitation!

This little house is beautiful both outside and inside. You will find everything you need and even more, the house is extremely well equipped. Marie is a lovely host, caring for her tenants and very accommodating. The value for money of this rental is excellent in addition to a nice meeting! Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Accommodation as described, very comfortable, beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very comfortable bedding. Rest assured if that is the goal.
