Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

The apartment consists of an entrance where you can store your luggage, a living room (table, 4 chairs, TV, bed 140*200, dresser), a kitchen area (oven, range hood, induction cooktop, Senséo, etc.) and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail).

Located on the family farm, the Tiny is a 10-minute walk to the village supermarket. If you feel like it, mountain bikes can be provided to explore the 31 km of surrounding hiking trails (€5 per day regardless of the number of bikes). From the rooster to the donkeys, they will all be there to welcome you.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.
