It is very well located, in Bréhémont, a village on the banks of the Loire, 9 km (5.6 miles) from Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, and Langeais (7 km/4.3 miles), and the magnificent châteaux of the Loire Valley. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a heated above-ground swimming pool from May to October, depending on the weather and nighttime temperatures. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km). Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests.

Close to the Loire à Vélo cycle path, in the center of Langeais, we offer a house for 4–6 people in a very quiet courtyard, ideally located for visiting the castles of the Loire (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé, Tours, Saumur) and the vineyards of the region (Bougueil, Chinon). Langeais is a small lively tourist town with many shops and restaurants within a 5-min walk. The Sunday morning market has just been voted "most beautiful market in Indre-et-Loire".
