Excellent stay! The accommodation is in a very quiet area and with a very nice view of the lake, a real little cocoon of comfort to spend a few relaxing days. Florence and José are very welcoming and friendly hosts who are available to help tenants with any problems. A great discovery!

Excellent stay at Catherine and Marc's. The apartment located on the ground floor of a beautiful house is perfect, impeccably clean, very well equipped and very pleasant to live in. The parking space in the courtyard is a real plus. The lake is in front of the house and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. A huge thank you to Catherine for her warm welcome, kindness and benevolence. We will keep a wonderful memory of our stay! Our little dog also loved it, thank you again for accepting it. Perfect stay in the pretty wooden studio, very well appointed by Eric and Maryse, who were very welcoming hosts and took the time to introduce the studio. A pleasure to start and end the day with birdsong, and a breathtaking view, while staying very close on foot to the city center. Thanks again for a great stay and this summer!

Thank you again to Sébastien for a wonderful stay! This was absolutely the highlight of our trip to France. Sixt-fer-a-cheval is a beautiful town with amazing hikes and spectacular waterfalls, and this property was exactly the quiet and peaceful retreat we were looking for. Sébastien provided incredibly helpful insight on hikes and things to do in the area, recommended some amazing restaurants, and had great communication to ensure that our trip was everything we were hoping for. I would strongly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a vacation with a beautiful view surrounded by nature. Sébastien - mille mercis encore pour tous vos conseils et pour un séjour parfait!

Honestly the comfiest bed we slept in out of about 10 airbnbs in our trip and it was a pullout couch! Loved being able to snuggle up and watch a movie. Enough space for two people but absolutely no more. Great view if you can see (cloudy days for us). Right next to food, groceries, etc.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

Celia is a great host, very helpful and cooperative. We felt like home. I am definitely going to go back for my next vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

We came to stay for my husbands 60th birthday with our four adult children and their partners. It was important that we all had en-suite rooms and luxurious communal areas to eat and socialise. We also wanted a hot tub and sauna. This was a big ask with a big group, however the chalet was perfect for our celebration and just as described. The hosts were organised, helpful and were there if we needed to ask a question. We were self sufficient as we have stayed and skied in the Portes du Soleil many times, the only slight disappointment was that despite being advised that a driver would be available if needed, when we asked for a lift back from Avoriaz one evening, the request could not be met and the advice was not very helpful, however this was at short notice and did not spoil our enjoyment of this beautiful place. This home was perfect for our visit to family in Mies! The home was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed and just as described. We appreciated the clear communication and helpful instructions!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, the barbecue and the swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the arrival time, which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

A beautiful private accommodation, while the host family lives upstairs. Own garden, entrance and parking space. Sophie is very friendly and helpful. She wanted to help us in all sorts of ways when our car broke down. Beautiful hiking trail in the area. And the baker in the village has delicious baguettes and cakes. The accommodation is very complete. Lazy chairs in the garden and even a bench. lovely large bedrooms and nice beds. sofa in the living room is comfortable just like the extra chair. Wifi was occasionally absent, but that didn't bother us. Kitchen is more than complete. large fridge with freezer, fine oven, microwave and coffee maker. kitchen cupboards were full. no messing with too few plates or cutlery. and sharp knives! ( I don't see that much in B&Bs). Shower is small, but fine. We had a wonderful meal in Evian and did a day in Chamonnix. The long drive was more than worth it! You can do your shopping in the higher village of Vinzier: large Super U.

The apartment was well furnished and very well located. We felt at home and enjoyed the neighborhood. Our host was very kind and considerate.
