Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! The "Pied à terre", Studio in the heart of the Royans

We welcome you to our independent studio (25 m2). It is equipped with a kitchenette, a "cocooning" area with sofa bed, a space with double bed, a separate bathroom (shower and toilet) and a private outdoor area. Quietly located, 10 min walk to the city center and the start of many hikes, the cottage is also 30 min to the Font d'Urle family ski area. Athletes, walkers, city dwellers, children, parents, seniors, French speakers or not, all are welcome!

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. Au coeur du Parc Naturel Régional du Vercors, perchés dans un autre monde, votre refuge panoramique, niché sur un petit plateau, laisse vos yeux ébahis contempler les falaises plongeantes des Goulets, la profondeur à perte de vue du Cirque de Léoncel ou la quiétude du petit verger qui abrite des arbres magnifiques, mais aussi trois lamas, un cheval et un mouton.

Charming cottage of 45 m2 completely renovated, all comfort , in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4* rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).

Studio entirely made by us, which is located on the ground floor of our house. It is completely independent and you will have your own entrance. In summer you will appreciate being able to enjoy the courtyard which is for your exclusive use. And in winter, you can hibernate at the foot of the stove!
