Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

the chalet is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking routes in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 min from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if needed and will be very responsive in case of problems. Old stone workshop completely renovated in contemporary style nestled in the forest on Rocher du Cornillon, in Chartreuse. The living room and terrace offer panoramic views of the Grenoble basin. Provides easy access to sports (hiking, climbing, skiing) and relaxation (Nordic bath, video projector with large screen). This unique place is accessible by a small mountain road and close to all shops.

Hamlet house in the Quint Valley

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

Studio entirely made by us, which is located on the ground floor of our house. It is completely independent and you will have your own entrance. In summer you will appreciate being able to enjoy the courtyard which is for your exclusive use. And in winter, you can hibernate at the foot of the stove!
