Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Chapelle-en-Vercors

This is the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The house itself is a work of art and it has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden right outside your door makes you feel like you’re living in a fairy tail. The place is so quiet and peaceful, all you can hear is the sound of birds and the stream that runs passed the garden. Andreas and Gabriella are sweet and kind and they were available whenever we needed them, but the place still feels like a totally private Airbnb. There is so much hiking and exploring to do in the surrounding areas, we spend a full day exploring Chartreuse and it was spectacular. Overall, if you’re debating whether you should stay here, do it! It was a highlight of our trip.

A soothing green stay in a peaceful place. Paul and his partner are very welcoming and available. They made sure to adapt the accommodation to our stay with a baby, great for parents! I recommend it without a second thought for a green slow motion!

Denis's house is in a super quiet location. We immediately felt at ease there. The stove diffuses soft heat, there is a beautiful fireplace that can also be used freely. The terrace overlooks a beautiful view. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Denis welcomed us warmly, giving us a tour of the owner while giving us many tips. We spent a very relaxing week in this idyllic setting and explored several hiking trails. The surrounding forests are magical. We will most likely come back.

If you like nature, peace and seclusion, you really should choose this stay. Beautifully located, beautiful view and very nicely furnished house. You immediately feel welcome at Franck and Atsuko. We had a little rain, but then you can still sit under the shelters outside, which is an added value! In the area you can take beautiful walks and on site there is a lot of nature to observe. Birds, butterflies, orchids: you have it all. Very nice was the daily good day of the two beautiful horses. We named them Carotte and Caresse. (Take some carrots!) For us, it was a successful holiday and ideally the most tastefully decorated house.

Angélique called this house "Havre de Paix" (Peaceful Haven) and upon entering we grasped its full meaning. A crazy charm, a warm decoration, beautiful outdoor spaces conducive to rest, a swimming pool by which it is good to relax, absolute calm in a very peaceful environment. We were happy to meet Angélique and her husband Damien who are lovely people. While staying in this haven of peace, I thought of Lamartine's poem (Le Lac): "O Time! Suspend your flight and you propitious hours suspend your course". Yes, go to Angélique and learn to savor a time of infinite happiness.

A change of scenery guaranteed by cows, at the end of the road, breathtaking scenery. Our hosts were very attentive, and we enjoyed the friendly and family atmosphere of this cottage that we feel to have been inhabited with love

We had a fantastic stay in the mountains for our first family skiing trip. The property felt very homely and it was a very short walk to the ski school, local shops and restaurants. Tom and Maude were very welcoming and we hope to come again!

This 1624 cottage is a true haven of peace in this magnificent region of Vercors and in the village of Pont En Royans Everything is done to make you feel good, it is decorated and furnished with great care and this garden terrace is exceptional for spending pleasant evenings Nothing is missing, even the shower product and soaps are provided and smell very good! Cottage booked as part of a sports course we were doing nearby. We were well received there but given the reason for our stay, we were not able to enjoy a pleasant private outdoor area and the services made available in the cottage; with the exception of one appreciable point; the fact that we were able to recharge our rechargeable hybrid car every evening.

Isabelle and Philippe are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We were able to enjoy the pool. The accommodation was impeccable and very clean. We felt at home. I recommend this accommodation.

Hi, We flashed on the accommodation offered by Bénédicte and Matthieu via the description and photos (which completely correspond to reality It is even prettier in "real") but also for the many following advantages: - baby equipment availability (high chair, crib, bathtub, Bénédicte had prepared games for our baby! This attention is very delicate) - possibility to have breakfast and dinner on site (with a toddler it is very convenient!) - availability, sense of hospitality and very good tips for visiting Bénédicte and Matthieu (their children Z. And M. were charming too) - location - accommodation as described and very pleasant (charm, character and practice)

Elisabeth was quick to respond to any queries about our booking, and very welcoming when we arrived. There had been a leak from the upstairs apartment just before our stay which Elisabeth felt really bad about but she did all she could to make us comfortable and it didn’t impact us very much at all. The apartment is very homely and conveniently located for shops and restaurants in a lively part of town. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and equipment. We enjoyed our stay and Elisabeth kindly let us stay later on check-out day.

Perfect place to make a stop in Grenoble. Parking is a big plus , located not far from the Intermarché on foot Linens and towels were clean ++ The kitchen could be slightly better provided but ok for qlq night Coffee and tea and cupcakes provide very nice 👍🏼 Check-in and perfect communication

We have stayed in many Airbnbs before, but our experience with Annie was truly unbeatable! She is an amazing host, kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home, even going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We are beyond grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We spent one night there. The accommodation is easy to access and matches the description; There is a piece of garden for tenants with a small terrace for eating outside; Easy parking in front of the house. Sophie not present when we arrived but the self check-in procedure was very easy. Pleasant stage, we recommend. Christian and Alice.

4-day stay for 2 adults and 3 children in Thomas' beautiful apartment, very well suited for us. Clean accommodation on arrival, beds made that smell good of laundry and towels available. We had a pleasant stay and Thomas was always available for our needs or questions, he is a perfect host! The village is a 5-minute walk away and it's good to walk there. The only remarks I would have to make, and this only involves me, is the lack of shutters in the accommodation, the absence of a safety barrier at the top for younger children and to be careful on the stairs, which are a little steep. But we'll keep this address, that's for sure!

We had a great time at Cathy's place. Her house was beautiful, full of charm. Between barbecue, petanque court, and beautiful living room, we enjoyed the whole weekend! Cathy is a very nice host, we'll be back for sure! I would 100% recommend!

Beautiful house with a breathtaking view. Everything is present in the accommodation for you to have a good time. The pool (although vigilance is essential with children as there is no barrier) is superb and everything is maintained with care. We highly recommend it.

The house is very warm, the main room bright and open to an environment conducive to daydreaming! We had a great time playing games, relaxing and discovering during the Christmas holidays with family!

Very nice quiet house in a green setting. Sylvie allowed us to stay a little later (my daughter was teleworking) and we were able to go to the Die market and meet the family for lunch and do the cleaning later. I recommend it.
