Évalué gîte de tourisme 4* en 2024 **** Ambiance glamour face à la montagne : suite parentale, sauna, baignoire 2 personnes, immense douche à l'italienne... En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Notre appartement de 85 M² est entièrement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. Il est proche de la Place de l'Eglise, des commerces, à 3 min à pied du départ des remontées et des cours de ski du Champs Giguet. L’appartement est traversant Est/Ouest. Il offre de belles vues dégagées sur la montagne et les chalets pittoresques. Il peut accueillir 8 personnes avec ses 4 chambres, ses 3 salles de bain et ses 2 WC séparés et de spacieux rangements dans chaque pièce.
