The house is located 10 minutes from the town of Fougères, famous for its medieval castle and its lower town, 30-35 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and 1 hour from Saint Malo. Beaches are accessible in 45 minutes (Granville). Bikes available.

Relax in this cozy and tranquil hideaway. Once the village bank, it has been lovingly transformed into an intimate and quirky cottage from where you can explore the beautiful French countryside, immortalized by the famous French Artists, Pissaro and Piet. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Charming accommodation located in the city center, close to "Laval Historique" and close to bars/restaurants, supermarket (Place de la Trémoille). You can do anything on foot. The apartment has a large bedroom with workspace (desk), large dressing room and bathroom. An equipped kitchen, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine. An espresso machine (pods included), toaster, kettle are at your disposal. A sofa bed is available in the living room.

Gîte de La Desmerie

Beautiful renovated and fully equipped country house, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps 5 people. Bed linen provided. Quiet, at the crossroads of Vitré, Fougères, Laval and Ernée, it is also 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour from Rennes, barely 4 hours from Paris. The hiking trail, the Haute Vilaine trail, is at the foot of the house and a nautical base 15 km away. A supermarket and bakery are 5 km away.

Présence d un deuxième escalier type meunier pour accéder à une troisième pièce mais pas recommandé pour les enfants en bas âge , ni pour les personnes à mobilité réduite .
