Le Petit Toit Gîte at La Charpenterie

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

"l'Ammonite" quiet in the countryside

Located on the first floor of our old barn, the ammonite is a small equipped and air-conditioned apartment ready to welcome you. An entrance and private parking are allocated to you for your stay. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

La Petite Maison Bleue, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation

We welcome you to our family home, labeled 3-star tourist accommodation, in the heart of Poitou. Ideally located between Vienna and Deux-Sèvres, you can easily access the different tourist sites of the region: Le Futuroscope, Le Marais Poitevin, Le Puy Du Fou, Parthenay (medieval city with multiple festivals), Poitiers, Saint-Loup Sur Thouet... You will find documentation in the welcome booklet of the house, according to your interests.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Le Lodge du Chêne – SPA cottage near Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.

Yurt in the heart of nature _ unusual accommodation

The 50 m2 yurt is my main place to live, I rent it when I go on vacation. New bed since July 2024. 30 minutes from Poitiers, come and enjoy a quiet environment in the middle of nature in the heart of the Gâtine. Ideas for nearby outings: the futuroscope park, the Poitevin marshes, Parthenay and its medieval city, the Thouet Valley etc.
