Le Bois Joly is a 16th-century manor house that became a large farm in the 19th century. Located near Nogent-le-Rotrou, it sits in the heart of the countryside. Since 1985, we have been restoring it while respecting the architecture of the Perche region. We invite you to stay at the Gîte du Fournil and share in this fascinating history! To showcase regional producers, we sell a wide range of local products (beverages, pasta, preserves, etc.). Late Sunday departures are available !

You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Possibility of renting bicycles on site to visit the manors or old villages nearby. Garage for bicycles.

Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

The house is furnished with second-hand furniture, a little retro. You enter the living/dining room on the ground floor and via 3 steps you access the kitchen and bathroom. The place is interesting for its green, wooded, shaded and private environment. It is 5 km from a small town with all the shops and a leisure base with a body of water.

Our country house (1 hour 45 minutes from the outskirts of Paris) is ideal for a break in the countryside. Comfortable, cozy and kid-friendly, it has a magnificent 180-degree view of the Perche hills. It is ideally placed to discover the region (pretty villages, hiking trails, small producers...)

Located near the hiking trail No. 22, this rustic farmhouse located on a field of thirteen hectares of pasture and woodland, is backed by the forest of Reno Valdieu, on one of the most beautiful sites of the Perche. This exceptional location is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and riders!
