L'Etang Neuf is located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, just 10 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the Vendée beaches, 1.5 hours from the Futuroscope, 15 minutes from Poupet, 1 hour from Nantes and Angers. We acquired this beautiful property in July 2024. You will enjoy the beautiful setting and tranquility of the place by strolling near the pond or relaxing by the pool. Our house is located in the village and we share the premises (swimming pool and green spaces).

The accommodation is an annex of our house, completely independent. It is close to the small shops in the village, within walking distance. 8 minutes from Puy du Fou. If you have a moment, climb the 199 steps of the church of Saint Michel Mont Mercure, the highest point of the Vendée, at an altitude of 290 m to admire the beautiful panoramic view of the Vendée grove. We also offer breakfast if you are interested, it is an extra €8/person, to be paid upon arrival.🙂

Shaded place, cool in summer, relaxing, quiet and welcoming. Breakfasts included in the reservation and meals "extra" are served in good weather, on the beach of the pond or in a room reserved for this purpose. Our rooms are all equipped with showers, independent toilets and TV. Guest tables and 7/7 picnics.
