Although the house is in a very quiet area, it is a short walk from the beach and the small neighborhood of La Garita, where you will find restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets and other essential services.

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
